Just got back from a week in Napa and I'm still thinking about the wine harvest experience I had at a small winery near St Helena. The owner told me that September is usually the best time to visit for harvest, but I've also heard mixed reviews from friends who went in October or even November. Has anyone else been during different months? Are there any specific weeks or days that are better than others?
