Just got back from a weekend trip up the coast and I'm still trying to figure out how some people navigate PCH with all the tourists. Anyone have tips on when and where to stop to avoid the worst of the traffic? I've been using Waze, but it's not foolproof... I swear the traffic jam at Big Sur is always a surprise.
